STR 420RW

The Supertracker STR420RW 8 Sensor wheel alignment system covers all aspects of adjustability within the modern vehicle chassis. The fast set up speed of the machine will enable you to do a high volume of alignments per day.

Using the upgraded BT2 data transmission process, allows a greater range and faster transmission times over and above Bluetooth. BT2 transmission allows for multiple aligners to be used on the same site and the greater range gives the option to perform quick checks on vehicles virtually anywhere on the workshop floor or even outside. 

The 420 aligner is impressively quick, from the initial set up to full alignment readings in a time of 59 seconds. 

Measuring heads

The Supertracker hang on system is a tried and tested method of attaching the measuring heads to wheels. With no clamping or metal contact, the rim buttons cause no damage to alloy or painted wheels. They are quick and straightforward to fit and remove from the wheel, as well as the measuring heads and hangers are stored neatly as one unit - all saving valuable time.

The robust design used with solid state electronics gives durability and works well in a harsh environment. Inbuilt control panels on each head eliminates the need to return to the console through each stage of the alignment process.

The STR420 can also be supplied with 3-Point clamps in addition to or instead of the hangers, providing accurate alignment for lowered vehicles.

 

Application Program

The user friendly software is designed to make operation easy to navigate and information easy to read. It also features adjustment helps screens to assist technicians on a variety of vehicle adjustments.
As you would expect, an extensive vehicle database with customer history recall is included, with updates released yearly. 

The STR420RW also has network capabilities, allowing you to connect to an office or network printer with a choice of printouts and even receive remote access support from the Supertracker factory. Additional monitors can also be installed in waiting areas or receptions for the customer to view.

 

Supplied Complete As Standard

The STR420 Wheel Aligner is supplied as standard with everything you need to conduct a 4 wheel alignment including mobile workstation, complete with pc, monitor, mouse, printer, 4 measuring heads and hangers stored together on the side of the cabinet, steering wheel lock, brake pedal depressor and dished turn plates and bases.

 

Optional Extras

• The STR130RW can be used on a Full Wheel Alignment Lift, Standard Four Post Lift, Platform Scissor Lift, Pit, Level Surface or 2Post lift using our wheel alignment tables.
• Upgrade to include touch screen monitor, or a second screen in a viewing facility/reception
