Computerised wheel alignment uses electronic sensors mounted on each wheel to measure a vehicle's geometry and send the readings to a screen or tablet. Also known as CCD wheel alignment, it gives the technician live measurements, a pre-loaded vehicle database to compare against, and before and after readings that can be printed for the customer.

Which Computerised Aligner Is Right for Your Workshop?

Every Supertracker computerised aligner gives you full four wheel alignment data. Two choices separate the range: how many sensors you need, and whether you want a cabinet system or a tablet controlled COMPACT trolley.

A 6 sensor system measures Toe, Thrust, Camber, Caster and SAI across all four wheels. For most workshops handling everyday cars and light commercials, that is everything needed to diagnose and correct a misalignment.

An 8 sensor system adds two further cameras at the rear. These provide rear set back data, and they take track width into account when measuring rear toe. If you regularly work on vehicles with adjustable rear axles, the extra rear detail earns its place.

The COMPACT tablet system is approximately 40% smaller than the cabinet version, wireless, and more manoeuvrable around the workshop. The cabinet version offers more storage and integrated hardware.
